Personal Waiver
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that by utilizing the facilities and premises managed by Trailr Park Studios LLC, located at 1220 Satterwhite Rd #405 & #404 Buda, Texas 78610, I may be exposed to the risk of personal injury related to the following activities:
Photography and Videography Sessions: Including but not limited to set utilization, equipment handling, and movement within the premises.
Use of Props and Sets: Involving interaction with various props and sets such as the White Cyclorama Wall, Green Cyclorama Wall, Jail Cell, B&W Striped Light Tube Hallway, Hospital Room, Money Room, Food Mart Aisle, Chrome LED Wall, Flower Wall, Trap House flat lay, Confession Room flat lay, Newspaper flat lay, Bullethole/Light Beam flat lay, C-Stands, Televisions, Plexi Glass Table, and all lights.
Equipment Setup and Breakdown: Setting up and breaking down photography or videography equipment and props.
In consideration of being allowed to use the venue, facilities, and equipment provided by Trailr Park Studios LLC, I agree to assume all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks of personal injury related to these activities.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Trailr Park Studios LLC, its owner(s), and employees from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action, damages, or losses that may arise from my use of said premises, equipment, and/or facilities, including any negligence on the part of the owners or employees, or losses arising from theft or any other reason.
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver.
This Waiver is binding upon the parties, their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. If any part of this Waiver is deemed improper or invalid, the rest of the Waiver shall remain valid and enforceable.
No alteration, modification, or amendment to this Waiver shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by Jessica Rodriguez with Trailr Park Studios LLC, the undersigned.
