Non-Refundable Deposit Policy:

  1. Appointments Canceled/Rescheduled 48 Hours Before Rental:

    • A non-refundable deposit is in place for appointments canceled/rescheduled 48 hours before the scheduled rental date and time.

    • Requests for refunds must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the appointment.

    • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

  2. 1-Hour Rentals:

    • All 1-hour rentals are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
